So funktioniert es ohne App
- Öffne die Seite deines Landes, zum Beispiel Japan oder Chile, wähle eine Größe und zahle per Karte, Apple Pay oder Google Pay. Es wird kein Konto angelegt.
- Etwa eine Minute später kommen der QR-Code und ein Link für eSIM hinzufügen mit einem Tipp per E-Mail. Dieselbe Mail öffnet deine Bestellseite mit den Installationsschritten und dem Status der eSIM.
- Installiere zu Hause im WLAN: Tippe auf dem Handy auf den Link oder scanne den QR-Code von einem anderen Bildschirm. Die Installationsanleitung zeigt jeden Schritt für iPhone und Android.
- Schalte nach der Landung die Leitung der eSIM und das Datenroaming dafür ein. Deine eigene Nummer bleibt für Anrufe und SMS auf deiner Haupt-SIM.

Worauf du ohne App verzichtest
- Einen Datenzähler in der App. Dein Telefon zählt den Verbrauch pro Leitung stattdessen in den Einstellungen.
- Ein gespeichertes Konto für die nächste Reise. Jede Reise ist ein neuer Kauf; Aufladungen für dieselbe eSIM kaufst du auf ihrer Bestellseite.
Erstattungen
Nicht installiert und nicht genutzt: Frag innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Ausstellung, und das Geld geht zurück auf deine Karte, abzüglich der Kartengebühr (in der EU und im Vereinigten Königreich innerhalb von 14 Tagen vollständig). Sobald die eSIM auf dem Handy ist, behalte sie für eine spätere Reise, solange sie gültig ist. Die Details stehen in der Erstattungsrichtlinie.
