The storefront should work with a keyboard and a screen reader. We have not published a third-party WCAG audit. If a page blocks you, write.

What is on the site

  • Skip to content, then header, main, footer.
  • lang="en" on the document. Search and mail fields have labels.
  • Menu closes with Escape. Destinations table rows are one real link stretched across the row, not a click-div.
  • No Inbox eSIM app, so there is no iOS or Android accessibility claim.

Airalo’s accessibility statement (April 2026) names WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act, and says they are still in a third-party audit. We aim at the same WCAG 2.2 AA bar. We do not claim we already meet it.
