Terms of use
InboxSIM will sell travel data eSIMs. We are not a phone company. Checkout is not open: browsing the catalog does not create a paid order. These terms apply when you browse, and when checkout opens.

Who we are
InboxSIM is a product of White Cats Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Contact: hello@inboxesim.com.
Who may use this
You must be 16 or older. Do not buy for a child as the account holder.
The service
You buy a prepaid data plan for a country or region. After payment clears, we order the eSIM from our wholesale supplier and send a QR code and LPA install string to your email. There is no InboxSIM app.
Plans are data only unless a plan page says otherwise. They do not replace your phone number.
Price
Sticker prices are USD. When checkout opens, Stripe Checkout may add tax if the law requires it. We do not publish an EU VAT number. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged when sales open.
Delivery and install
Install on Wi-Fi before you travel. Turn data roaming on for the eSIM line after you land. See Install. Packs usually start on first attach to a covered network. Some start when the profile is installed. The country page is the source of truth. When checkout is open, the QR is usually a few seconds after payment, sometimes up to 30.
After the profile is on one phone, we cannot transfer it or reissue the same QR. A second device is a new pack. Deleting the eSIM ends that ticket.
Top-up and new countries
Extra data on the same profile works only when that plan is reloadable, and only for the same coverage family — not Germany to Japan. Some packs do not take a top-up; the country page says so. A new country needs a new QR. You can keep an old profile if you return. See Reuse.
Refunds
Unused and not installed packs can be cancelled within 30 days of issue while the QR is unscanned. Details: Refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not resell the eSIM, abuse the network, or use a plan for anything illegal. We or the host network may suspend a line that breaks those rules. Short page: Acceptable use.
Liability
Coverage depends on the local network. We do not guarantee speed, 5G, or that a given tower will accept the eSIM. We do not promise that Google, WhatsApp, or other apps will load in a filtered country such as mainland China. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still applies.
