Who we are

InboxSIM is a product of White Cats Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Contact: [email protected].

The service

You buy a prepaid data plan for a country or region. After payment clears, we order the eSIM from our wholesale supplier and send a QR code and LPA install string to your email. There is no InboxSIM app.

Plans are data only unless a plan page says otherwise. They do not replace your phone number.

Price

Prices are in USD. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Taxes appear if the law requires them.

Delivery and install

Install on Wi-Fi before you travel. Turn data roaming on for the eSIM line after you land. See Install. Most plans start on first attach to a covered network. Some regional or global plans start when the profile is installed. The plan page is the source of truth.

Top-up and new countries

Extra data on the same profile works only for the same coverage family — not Germany to Japan. A new country needs a new QR. You can keep an old profile if you return. See Reuse.

Refunds

Unused and not installed packs can be cancelled. Details: Refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not resell the eSIM, abuse the network, or use a plan for anything illegal. We or the host network may suspend a line that breaks those rules.

Liability

Coverage depends on the local network. We do not guarantee speed, 5G, or that a given tower will accept the eSIM. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still applies.
