Who we are

White Cats Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates InboxSIM at inboxesim.com. Write to hello@inboxesim.com for privacy requests.

What we collect now

• Messages you send to hello@inboxesim.com, including the page URL if you include it.
• Basic server logs (IP, browser, path) to keep the site up and safe.
• Trip stops you add on Trip. Those codes stay in your browser (local storage). They are not an account.

There is no InboxSIM login. There is no advertising pixel today. If that changes, this page will say so.

What we will collect when checkout opens

• Email, destination, and plan you buy.
• Payment details handled by Stripe. We will not store full card numbers.
• Order records: amount, time, and eSIM identifiers the wholesale partner returns (for example ICCID) so we can top up or refund.

Why

To run the catalog, answer mail, and — when sales open — to charge the order, issue the QR, send mail, prevent fraud, and meet tax or accounting rules. Processors only get what that job needs.

Who processes it

• Hosting for the site (Hostinger).
• Email, when QR mail is on (Resend).
• Cards, when checkout opens (Stripe).
• eSIM issue, when checkout opens (our wholesale partner).

White Cats Software, LLC is in the United States. Hosts and processors may store data in the US or the EU. If EU or UK law requires a transfer tool, we will use one.

Cookies and storage

Essential cookies or storage to run the page. Trip uses local storage on your device. We do not use that to advertise. Staff desk at /ops uses a session cookie. You can clear Trip by clearing site data. There is no cookie banner: we do not set advertising or analytics cookies today.

Dedicated page: Cookies. Airalo’s cookie policy exists because they set non-essential cookies. We do not.

How long

Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for safety. Support mail is kept while the thread is useful, then deleted or archived. When checkout opens, order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Email hello@inboxesim.com. You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal holds. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, that includes access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR / UK GDPR. You can complain to your data protection authority.

California

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. There is no Do Not Sell form because we do not sell it. Email hello@ if you want that in writing.

Children

InboxSIM is not for children under 16. Do not buy for a minor as the account holder.
