We collect what we need to run the site, and later to take an order and issue an eSIM. We do not sell your data. Checkout is not open yet.

Who we are

White Cats Software, LLC operates InboxSIM at inboxesim.com. Write to [email protected] for privacy requests.

What we collect

Email, and the destination and plan you pick.
Payment details handled by our card processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Order records: amount, time, eSIM identifiers the supplier returns (for example ICCID) so we can top up or refund.
Messages you send to support.
Basic server logs (IP, browser) to keep the site up and safe.

Why

To charge the order, issue the QR, send mail, prevent fraud, and meet tax or accounting rules. We use processors for payments, email, and eSIM provisioning. They only get what that job needs.

Cookies

The storefront uses essential cookies or storage to run the page. We do not run advertising pixels today. If that changes, this page will say so.

How long

Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Support mail is kept while the thread is useful, then deleted or archived.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal holds. Email [email protected].

Children

InboxSIM is not for children under 16. Do not buy for a minor as the account holder.
