The parties
The program is run by White Cats Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”). You take part as an independent business, not as our employee, agent or representative. Neither side is exclusive.
Commission
- Standard terms: 10% of the amount the buyer paid in USD, without any sales tax or VAT we collect, and a 10% discount for your readers. Different rates agreed with you by email replace these.
- A sale qualifies when the order carries your code, or, outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, when the buyer clicked your link within 30 days before paying. A code entered at checkout wins over a link; the latest link click wins over an earlier one. Top-ups of an eSIM first sold through you also qualify.
- No commission on orders that are refunded, cancelled, withdrawn from, not delivered, disputed by the cardholder or flagged as fraud by the card issuer, or on orders placed by you, your household or your company. An order placed from a network you opened your stats page on counts as your own (we keep only a one-way tag of that network, not the address).
- Commission is for eSIMs that were installed: a pack that never reached a phone by the end of the 30-day hold earns nothing. Top-ups always count.
- Repeated fraud warnings from card issuers on sales you sent pause the partnership while we look into it.
Payment
- Each commission is held 30 days after payment, our refund window for unused eSIMs.
- We pay monthly by USD bank transfer once approved commissions reach $100.00; smaller balances roll over. We pay our bank’s fee; intermediary and receiving bank fees are yours.
- If an order is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid, that commission is deducted from your next payout.
- If the partnership ends, we pay the approved balance within 60 days, even below the minimum, unless it ended because these terms were broken.
Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. Before the first payout, send us Form W-8BEN (individuals) or W-8BEN-E (companies) if you are outside the United States, or Form W-9 if you are a US person. US partners paid $2,000 or more in a calendar year receive a Form 1099-NEC.
Disclosure
Say clearly, next to the link or code and before the reader acts, that you earn a commission, for example “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.” This follows the US FTC Endorsement Guides and similar consumer rules elsewhere. We may check your pages and ask for changes.
Describe the product accurately: do not call any plan unlimited, promise coverage, speeds or refunds beyond what our pages say, or present yourself as Inbox eSIM.
Not allowed
- Search ads on “Inbox eSIM”, “inboxesim” or misspellings of them.
- Posting your code on coupon, voucher or deal sites, or in browser extensions.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden frames or images, pop-unders, automatic redirects, or anything that credits a sale to you without a person choosing to click.
- Spam, unsolicited messages, paid or incentivized clicks, and fake reviews.
- Domains, social accounts or app names that contain our name.
Commission earned through any of these is not paid, and we may end the partnership at once.
Data
Your stats page shows the date, destination and amount of each order you sent, never the buyer’s name or email. Do not try to identify buyers. Keep your stats link private; ask us for a new one if it leaks.
Changes and ending
Either side may end the partnership at any time by email. We may change these terms with 14 days’ notice by email; sales made before a change keep the old terms.
Liability and law
To the extent the law allows, our liability under these terms is limited to the commissions owed to you for the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Questions: hello@inboxesim.com.
