How to send one
- Pick the country and the pack, then tap "Send it as a gift" on the buy form.
- Give their email, your name and a short note if you like, and a send day: today, or any day up to 90 days ahead and before their flight.
- On that day, at 09:00 in your own time zone, they get the QR and the install steps, opening with your name and note. The price is not in their mail.
- You get the payment receipt and a gift receipt that says when it goes out.
If plans change
Until the send day you can cancel from the order page. After that, an eSIM that is still unused and not installed can be cancelled within 30 days; the refund always goes back to your card, and the receipt to you.
