Before you land in Indonesia
Our Indonesia plan can use Telkomsel, XL (part of XLSMART since 2025) or Indosat. Indonesia's phone registration rule is aimed at phones on Indonesian SIM cards; the details are below.
- Foreign tourists who use international roaming on a foreign SIM do not need to register their phone's IMEI, according to Indonesian customs. DDTCNews (citing DJBC customs)
